"Bylaw Enforcement - Best Practices Guide for Local Government"

The Ombudsperson's Office of BC has released a "Bylaw Enforcement - Best Practices Guide for Local Government" report.  LIBOA President Inder Litt and Vice-President Clint Kanester met last year with the individuals writing the report on behalf of the Ombudsperson's Office, and ensured that our perspectives were taken into consideration during it's formation.   Accordingly you will see sections on the roles of Council and recommendations regarding enforcement practices.  You can find the report here!
